Chutneys.
Atomic Banana Chutney.
It speaks for itself. Chunks of banana, sitting in a thick, juicy
onion sauce, flavoured with raisins, sultanas, and of course, my home grown
chillies. Great with a curry!

Banana, Date and Apricot Chutney.
This one has been a favourite of my customers at the market stalls for a
long time. Its sweet, mild and chunky, and fantastic with all cold meats
and cheeses. Great in sandwiches and toasties!

Apple, Apricot and Crystallised Ginger Chutney
This one is DIFFERENT! Chunky Bramley Apples, apricots soaked in sherry and
pieces of crystallised ginger, which gives it a wonderful spicy taste. This
one goes with anything, but is especially good with roast pork or gammon.

Mango Chutney
Now, I might be biased with this one, as mangos are my favourite fruit.
My mango chutney is the best seller in 2007, both at the market stalls and
with my regular buyers at local farm shops. It contains HUGE chunks of
fresh mango, root ginger, masses of garlic, my home grown chillies and Chris
Hammonds onions. A spicy chutney with a great kick to it. Try it
with anything, you wont be disappointed. This chutney is 'brewed'
for eight hours to give it a rich, thick, translucent syrup loaded with
fruit.
